Our Story
Our founder, Architect Mugdha Patki, is a prominent figure in the field of architecture. Mugdha’s journey in the field began as a teenager when her father introduced her to practicing architects. She understands the significance of how the construction industry affects society and people. These principles are integrated into every aspect of our practice. Whether it’s reimagining an existing structure or creating something entirely new, our focus is on realising the highest potential of every building. We believe that each client deserves a solution that is uniquely tailored to them, taking into account context,, and the needs of the people involved. Recognizing the profound impact of architecture on people’s lives, we go above and beyond to deliver solutions that truly reflect the potential and value of the communities we serve.

Our Journey
- Commenced our journey together as 5 Elements Design Cell LLP.
- Started providing services for public interventions under MBMC, including hospitals, markets, schools, fire station, vet hospital, library, and swimming pool
- Our First Felicitation for Good Work by then Hn CM Devendra Fadnavis
- Acquired Projects for influential public buildings like Balasaheb Thackeray Art Gallery, Babasaheb Ambedkar Cultural Centre.
- Kick-started work for public facilities like supervising Auditorium, Market, Library, Community halls under MBMC
- Commenced work for several civic amenities like Meditation Centre, Swimming pools, Library, and Shaheed smaraak monuments.
- Provided services for projects like community centres and schools for specially abled.
- Enhanced our office space during the pandemic situation.
- Utilised critical times to upskill our knowledge and overall development.
- Received Indian Achievers Award for Emerging Company.
- Extended our domain reach with projects like Art galleries, Fire station, bridge, parks, residential, and other beautification works.
- Undertook revamping of existing public interventions.
- Recognised for Great Works in Mira- Bhainder Muncipal Corporation by Hn CM Eknath Shinde.
- Successfully empanelled under Government organizations like Pune Municipal Corporation.
- Embarked our empanelment journey with interstate organizations like InfoTech Corporation Goa, Cochin Shipyard Ltd, , UP CIDCO, and H.P.Forest Department Integrated Development Project.
- Started our first venture with Pune Municipal Corporation. Providing architectural services for design for Fire Station.
- Earned certification from the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) for the Meditation Centre project.
- Winner of the Best Business Growth Plan competition at IIM Bangalore during the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program.
- Successfully completed the Bhainder West Railway Station Building Project, inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister on 2 July 2023.
- Designed and delivered the Shaheed Smarak Memorial dedicated to Major Kaustubh Rane, inaugurated by Mr. Maninderjeet Singh Bitta on 27 February 2023.
- Empanelled with the Maharashtra Film, Stage & Cultural Development Corporation (MFSCDC), Film City, Mumbai.
- Developed design proposals for eco-tourism projects in Sudhagad and Andharban.
- Led the landscape design and development works for Film City.
- Initiated the revamp of iconic Film City shooting locations, including the renovation of makeup rooms and essential utility infrastructure such as public toilets.
- Expanded our office space to accommodate our growing team and evolving practice.
- Successfully completed the landmark Hindu Hriday Samrat Balasaheb Thackeray Art Gallery, inaugurated by the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister.
- Expanded our government presence with empanelment under 9+ government organizations, strengthening our public sector portfolio.
- Working to the master planning of Film City, envisioning long-term infrastructure and spatial development.
- Initiated the design development for the University and hostel building for the National Insurance Academy, Pune.
- Successfully completed and handed over the renovation works for Film City’s makeup rooms and toilet.
- Completed the graduate certificate course in Sustainable Cities and Communities from Harvard university, strengthening expertise in sustainable urban development.
- Honoured with the Lakshayvedh Woman Achievers Award 2026 at Business Jatra 2026 in recognition of excellence in entrepreneurship and business leadership.
- Expanded design capabilities by exploring Building Information Modelling (BIM) and energy modelling software for integrated project delivery.
- Appointed as Project Management Consultant for the Library Building project in Andheri under BANAE.
- Undertaking the design and execution of multiple public building projects in Mahad.
